Almond Butter Bites
Serves: 18-20 bites
Prep and cook time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 16 oz. almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
Directions:
- Place rolled oats in food processor and pulverize.
- Add almond butter, maple syrup (or honey) and hemp hearts and combine until mixture sticks together.
- Transfer to a bowl and roll the dough into bite-size balls
- Store in fridge
